Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Specialist, Manufacturing Ops (WIP) based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. You will support inventory control and WIP management within our manufacturing operations, ensuring glove inventory accuracy, smooth stock movement, and availability of materials for production and packing.

You will collaborate with Production, QA, Technical, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize stock utilization, and sustain efficient operations across the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, storekeeping, or supply chain management.
• Good computer skills and ERP/WMS experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage WIP and glove inventory to ensure stock for packing.
• Monitor glove movement across production, warehouse, and packing areas.
• Conduct regular inventory reviews to identify shortages and obsolete inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Oversee inbound/outbound and internal stock transfers.
• Coordinate monthly stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Support continuous improvement in inventory and warehouse efficiency.
