Job summary

Ansell is seeking an Intern, Engineering to join the team in Kulim, Kedah. The role focuses on supporting digital manufacturing activities, improving production efficiency, and gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes within a glove manufacturing environment.

The intern will assist with project coordination, data collection, testing, and validation of digital solutions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors onsite. Prioritize learning and proactive participation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite at the Kedah manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Manufacturing activities at the Kedah manufacturing site.
• Assist with project coordination, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Support data collection, testing, and validation activities for digital solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on onsite activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Digital Manufacturing team.

This role focuses on enhancing production efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes which including project coordination.

Responsibility: -

• Support Digital Manufacturing activities at the Kedah manufacturing site.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Digital Manufacturing team.
