Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment and utility systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and shutdown activities; maintain service histories.
- Supervise contractors performing electrical installation and maintenance work with safety compliance.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and RCA for equipment failures.
