Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, bar or event industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• WSET certification (Level 1 or above) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for wine tasting events and deploy event personnel.
• Organize wine lineup for each tasting with internal teams.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of wines and materials.
• Oversee setup of tasting tools, glassware, and event materials.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution of tastings and events.

About the Role

Wine Adore is looking for a Wine Events & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Johor Bahru. This role is perfect for someone with a background in F&B or hospitality who enjoys organizing events, coordinating teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will play a key role in planning and executing wine tasting events, coordinating warehouse operations, and ensuring every tasting session is professionally prepared from start to finish. If you're passionate about hospitality, have excellent coordination skills, and are eager to grow in the wine industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for wine tasting events, including scheduling and deployment of event personnel.
• Organize and coordinate the wine lineup for each tasting session with the relevant internal teams.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure wines, equipment, and event materials are prepared and delivered on time.
• Prepare and oversee the setup of all tasting tools, glassware, accessories, and event materials before each event.
• Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution during wine tastings and company events.
• Liaise with cross functional teams in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Philippine to support operational activities.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure an excellent experience for guests and participants.
• Assist with other operational and administrative tasks related to wine events as assigned.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen or local resident based in Johor Bahru.
• 1–3 years of experience in the F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, bar, or event industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and collaborating with different teams.
• Passionate about hospitality and interested in learning more about wine.
• WSET certification (Level 1 or above) is an advantage
