Job summary

Wine Adore in Johor Bahru invites a proactive Wine Events & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team on-site. You will plan and execute wine tasting events, coordinate warehouse operations, and ensure every session is professionally prepared from start to finish.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, bar or event industry.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
WSET certification (Level 1 or above) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing for wine tasting events and deploy event personnel.
Organize wine lineup for each tasting with internal teams.
Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of wines and materials.
Oversee setup of tasting tools, glassware, and event materials.
Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution of tastings and events.
liaise with cross functional teams in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines to support operations.
Maintain high service standards and guest experience.
Assist with other operational and administrative tasks related to wine events.
