Caldbeck MacGregor Malaysia is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and trade activations across our wine portfolio.
Working with the Brand Manager and Sales team, you will help raise brand awareness, assist with creating sales materials, coordinating tastings, masterclasses, and brand launches. This role requires 1–2 years in marketing and strong English communication.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and trade activations across our wine portfolio. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Sales team, you will help drive brand awareness and customer engagement across retail, restaurants, hotels, and private clients.
Brand & Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing annual/monthly marketing plans, creating sales materials (product sheets, brochures, POSM, newsletters), and maintaining campaign schedules.
Events & Activations: Coordinate event logistics for wine tastings, masterclasses, brand launches, and exhibitions—including venue coordination, guest lists, set-up, and post-event follow-up.
Sales & Trade Marketing: Partner with the Sales team to support key accounts through menu placements, wine dinners, trade promotions, and product updates.
Marketing Administration & Reporting: Track marketing budgets, process purchase orders/invoices, maintain media and artwork archives, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand support, or event coordination. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply!)
Industry Experience: Background or strong interest in FMCG, F&B, hospitality, wine, or lifestyle industries is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Basic design skills in Canva or digital/social media tools are a big plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational skills, creative mindset, and great attention to detail.
Flexibility: Willingness to attend and support wine events outside standard office hours when required.
