Job summary

Lavo Gallery Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Executive in the Wine and Beverages department in Malaysia. The role blends inventory control with business development to expand alcoholic beverages reach.

The Operation Executive position within the Wine and Beverages department is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflows while driving business development initiatives. This role combines the precision of operational management with the strategic focus on expanding the reach and growth of alcoholic beverages within the market.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee inventory, stock take, and logistics related to alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline inventory processes for efficient stock management.

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the business, develop new markets, and build relationships with potential clients or partners. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.

Utilize numerical data and analytics to generate insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for inventory, sales, and market trends. Implement improvements based on data-driven decisions to optimize operations and enhance business outcomes.

Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards related to alcoholic beverages. Monitor and maintain adherence to legal requirements, safety protocols, and quality control measures across operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Address customer queries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

Work with Lavo Gallery stakeholders to update and maintain the lavowine platform.

Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and emerging preferences within the F&B and alcoholic beverage sector. Demonstrate enthusiasm for the products and maintain a deep understanding of the diverse range of beverages offered.
