Solidify Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled welder for our ISO9001 certified engineering and advanced manufacturing service bureau. You will perform MIG and TIG welding, read blueprints, set up equipment, inspect welds, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Join a team serving automotive, heavy transport, and other sectors with cross‑functional QA/QC support and a focus on prototyping and production.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and TIG
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Repair and maintain welding equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

Solidify’s clients are from diverse industrial sectors, such as automotive, heavy transport vehicles, industrial equipment, military, oil & gas, medical, and aerospace.
Solidify is known for its capabiliies in production of heavy industry components in public transportation vehicles and industrial equipment. It possesses the experience in making the chassis frame components of an entire double-decker bus, and also the chassis frame and bogie components of monorails. The Company's production capabilities cover the fabrication and assembling of components parts.
To address the space of low volume production, Solidify utilizes the latest technologies like 3D printers, to highly specialized techniques like vacuum casting, to better known processes like laser cutting and CNC milling. Parts manufactured range from all kinds of metals to various kinds of plastics.
Solidify currently manufactures chassis and body parts for UK's largest bus manufacturers, with a production team consisting of Production Planning, Engineering, Material Sourcing, Machine Operators, QA/QC, and Warehouse.
