The role requires meticulous numbers handling, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate clearly with drivers and customers in a fast-paced industrial setting.

You will join a hands-on logistics team and support daily operations, documentation, and cost-control initiatives with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Meticulous with numbers for verifying truck weights and inventory.
• Strong arithmetic and Excel proficiency required.
• Experience with weighbridge software is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication with drivers and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate weighbridge to record gross, tare, and net weights for trucks.
• Prepare and verify DOs, weight tickets, and packing lists.
• Plan daily trips for RORO and trailer drivers.
• Update orders and monitor stock levels in the system.
• Record diesel usage and monitor toll costs.
• Compile monthly fleet maintenance reports for management.
• Support logistics team with ad-hoc duties.
