Job summary

Fajar Palmkel Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Logistics/Weighbridge Administrator role. You will monitor product movement, verify documents before weighbridge weighing and prepare all related paperwork.

You will also supervise storage levels, report weighbridge activity, back up data monthly, and support audits while ensuring SSHE and quality standards are followed. Strong MS Office skills and BM/English literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in management or equivalent.
• SPM or STPM with minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong understanding of quality standards is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product movement and verify documents before weighbridge weighing.
• Prepare and issue weighbridge-related documents and file accordingly.
• Monitor storage levels and coordinate storage nomination with the PIC.
• Record any abnormal weighings at the weighbridge.
• Prepare and send daily closing reports to the PIC via email and update the relevant group.
• Download and send weighbridge backup data to IT monthly.
• Report system lag or bugs to PIC and IT for audit queries.
• Assist in yearly stock counts and complete weighing operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and departmental SOP.
• Comply with SSHE regulations and participate in trainings.
• Assist Head of Department as assigned.
