Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Sales Executive to drive revenue targets by selling wealth and retail products to existing and new customers. You will execute proactive sales plans, open accounts, cross-sell and engage clients to enhance retention and referrals, contributing to branch profitability.

Requirements include a degree or diploma, at least 2 years' experience with wealth and banca products, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holders.
• At least 2 years’ experience in wealth and banca products.
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Possess CUTE & Banca/Takaful licenses and any other relevant licenses.
• Sales and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales/revenue targets and contribute to branch targets.
• Participate in branch/region/bank campaigns to acquire and grow mass & mass affluent customers.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, perform account opening, cross-selling and referrals.
