Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia is seeking a focused sales professional to achieve sales and revenue targets by promoting a range of retail and wealth products to existing and prospective customers. You will drive branch-level campaigns and contribute to bank profitability while delivering excellent customer experience.

The role requires a degree or diploma, at least 2 years' wealth/banca product experience, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any field; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wealth and banca products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Licensed with CUTE & Banca/Takaful or relevant licenses preferred.
• Sales driven with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/revenue targets for the bank and grow portfolio.
• Promote retail products to existing and potential customers.
• Participate in branch and region sales campaigns to meet targets.
• Execute sales plans, open accounts, cross-sell, up-sell, and drive NTB acquisition.
