Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a Sales professional to solicit and promote PF products, achieve targets, and develop sales plans for prospective customers using self-generated leads. You will set appointments, conduct visits, and cross-sell a range of banking products to new and existing customers.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of sales and customer service experience, a Bachelor's degree, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Solicit and promote sales of PF products.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards Group targets.
Prepare and execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
Set appointments and conduct sales visits, prospecting new-to-bank customers.
Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, Credit Cards, Deposits, etc.
Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the Bank's quality and standards.
Adhere to policies and procedures set by the Bank and protect the Bank's image.
Maintain the sales centre or sales hub to meet quality standards.
