Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in relationship management within banking.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and markets.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, SC licenses) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Identify client financial needs and cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and treasury solutions.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to provide appropriate and compliant financial advice.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
• Prepare and present credit proposals, financial reports, and business plans to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless client service.
