Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients in Seremban. You will identify financial needs and tailor banking solutions across loans, deposits, investments, and treasury services to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relationship management experience in banking.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Identify client financial needs and cross-sell banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and treasury solutions.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to provide appropriate and compliant financial advice to clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
• Prepare and present credit proposals, financial reports, and business plans to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless client service.
