Qualifications

5+ years in wealth management or private banking with HNW clients.
Proven ability to grow a portfolio of high-value clients.
Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning.

Responsibilities

Proactively acquire new high-net-worth clients and build a sustainable client base.
Develop deep relationships, understand clients' goals, risk appetite and investment objectives.
Conduct financial needs analyses and develop personalized wealth strategies including investments, insurance, and legacy planning.
Advise on a wide range of wealth products ensuring suitability and aligning with client needs.
Monitor portfolios with regular reviews and market updates, recommending adjustments.
Collaborate with internal product specialists to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
Ensure all interactions comply with regulations and internal policies.
Participate in client events and seminars to expand relationships and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Keep informed about market trends and economic conditions to provide informed guidance.
