Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relationship management experience in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services including investments, loans, wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new HNW or corporate clients to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio with high client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored advice across deposits, investments, loans, and wealth management.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and risks to protect clients and the bank.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, conduct client reviews, and manage expectations.
