Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relationship management experience in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong understanding of banking products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients.
• Identify client financial needs and cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for compliant advice.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients.
• Prepare and present credit proposals and financial reports to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams.
