Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will understand clients' financial needs and deliver tailored banking solutions to help them achieve their goals.

You will proactively acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and provide comprehensive financial advice across deposits, investments, loans, and wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in relationship management within banking/financial services, preferably with HNW or corporate clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new HNW or corporate clients to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide comprehensive advice across deposits, investments, loans, and wealth management.
• Collaborate with product specialists and credit analysts to deliver integrated banking solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Prepare financial proposals, conduct client reviews, and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
• Strike and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate client records in the bank's systems.
