Job summary

Manulife seeks a detail-oriented operations professional to manage end-to-end processing of unit trust and PRS transactions in Kuala Lumpur. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of issues, while supporting daily controls and system enhancements.

Responsibilities include processing subscriptions, redemptions, switches, maintaining records, and preparing regulatory reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in unit trust, wealth management, operations or related financial services.
• Understanding of investment products including Unit Trust and PRS.

Responsibilities

• Process and review Unit trust and PRS transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, withdrawals and account maintenance.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately within SLAs.
• Perform daily operational controls and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
