Manulife Insurance Berhad is seeking a Product Implementation professional to drive end-to-end product deployment, coordinating with stakeholders and guiding UAT and sprint activities in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in life insurance or project management.
• A genuine passion for projects/products delivery with ownership and accountability for results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Study and assess product design with stakeholders to scope requirements and enhancements.
• Plan and execute end-to-end product implementation timelines, monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate UAT resources and optimize time/scope for multiple initiatives.
• Monitor product development resources, timeline and scope to ensure delivery of key projects.
• Lead Product Implementation Team (PIT) meetings and post-implementation reviews.
• Establish transparency and communication to stakeholders on project updates.
• Prepare/product setups: plan codes, plan group codes, etc.
• Conduct compatibility, functionality tests pre- and post-production on relevant systems.
• Manage Day-2 items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize user stories during sprint planning.
• Monitor calendar resource, timeline, and scope to mitigate delivery risks.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
