Qualifications

Experience with installation, maintenance and repair of various water heater systems.
Ability to diagnose and fix plumbing issues and leaks.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, service, maintain, and repair electric, gas, storage, and centralised water heater systems.
Carry out plumbing works including pipe installation, leak detection, repairs and component replacement.
Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater and plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.
Perform site inspections and testing to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Maintain accurate service records and reports; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
