Job summary

GRENECO SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Field Engineer based in Klang Valley & Johor. The role is a hands-on technical expert responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex industrial water treatment plants.

You will mentor junior staff on-site, lead plant start-ups, and deliver comprehensive engineering reports while ensuring compliance with design specs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of direct field engineering experience in industrial water treatment
• Experience leading large-scale system commissioning
• Strong knowledge of filtration systems, HVAC and related processes
• Ability to travel to client sites and adapt to demanding environments

Responsibilities

• Lead plant startups and major overhauls
• Advanced troubleshooting and process optimization
• Mentor junior field engineers and site operators
• Provide technical consulting to clients on retrofits and upgrades
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to feedback real-world data
• Author comprehensive engineering reports and site audits
