About the role Greenseed Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Heater & Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this full-time role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water heating systems and plumbing services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install, service, maintain, and repair electric, gas, storage, and centralised water heater systems.
• Carry out plumbing works, including pipe installation, leak detection, repairs, and replacement of plumbing components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater and plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimise equipment downtime and extend system lifespan.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and job documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide professional customer service and technical advice to clients when required.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects and service jobs are completed on schedule.
