Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Technician to join our expanding team. You will install water treatment systems, rainwater harvesting, pumps, piping on site and plan solutions for customers, including troubleshooting.

You will report progress to the Project Supervisor/Engineers, maintain vehicles, and handle retail tasks such as product knowledge and customer liaison.

Responsibilities

• Install Water Treatment Systems, Rainwater Harvesting (RWH), IC & ER, pumps, piping, and frontal piping on site.
• Plan and develop solutions for customers, including troubleshooting.
• Report daily job progress to Project Supervisor/Engineers.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned company vehicles.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of all company products and liaise effectively with customers.
• Carry out scheduled service and maintenance works.
• Attend to repair jobs, customer complaints, and troubleshooting requests.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to superiors with suggestions/solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding installed systems and complaint resolutions.
• Assist Team Leader in assigned tasks.
• Perform data entry for warehouse stock management.
• Ensure dispensers, filters, and components are correctly labeled and packed.
• Replenish stock to maintain adequate supply levels for operations and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
• File invoices and delivery orders (manual & system-generated) into the master file.
