Job summary

Fossil Time Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Watch Technician for the Watch Repair Section to support after sales by diagnosing faults, dismantling timepieces, and ensuring quality control on all repaired items.

You will record repair details, manage spare parts inventory, reassemble watches, and keep the workspace clean while assisting with any ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with watches and repair processes.
• Ability to diagnose technical faults in timepieces.
• Ability to record repair details and parts usage.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect watches to identify technical faults.
• Provide technical advice to After Sales team.

Watch Technician (Customer Service_Watch Repair Section)

Supporting the department by identifying, advising on technical faults, quality control assisting in all ad hoc task.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspecting and dismantlingWATCHES to identify any technical faults.

Dealing directly with After Sales team to givethem thetechnical advice on products/ quotations.

Perform quality control and assurance, for all repaired products.

Record on quantities of types of timepieces being repaired / work performed, before handing it out to the Aftersales team.

Inventories control and to ensure proper recording of usage on spare parts, accessories and/or equipment.

Re-assemble all timepieces back into original condition, by either repair / replacing any part(s) or batteries, before returning back to customers.

Proper housekeeping and cleanliness of his/her work station and ensure repair environment is well-maintained and clean at all times.

Assist all ad-hoc / assigned task or urgent events.
