Job summary

Cortina Watch Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic luxury retail professional to greet customers, share detailed product information, and build lasting client relationships. You will maintain premium shop presentation and assist with stock checks and events, all while driving sales of luxury timepieces.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and a team‑oriented mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in luxury retail (timepieces, jewellery or fashion).
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with solid communication skills.
• Pleasant personality, reliable and a team player.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in any field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position in luxury retail i.e. timepieces, jewellery, fashion.

Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, reliable and a team player.

Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
