Job summary

Fossil Time Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable individual to support retail operations across stores, including commission reporting, stock take, and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with warehouses, preparing reports, and ensuring stock integrity and timely execution of projects.

The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma, has 2 years of related experience, is fluent in English, computer savvy, and capable of working to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail operations support.
• Must be computer savvy and fluent in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calculation of commission reports for retail associate and store manager incentives.
• Prepare month end reporting, weekly sell through reports.
• Assist with monthly stock take and all necessary administrative paperwork.
• Assist to posting of direct shipment if necessary.
• Pick list creation for stocks and/or Visual Merchandise.
• Coordinate with warehouse on movement of inventory and props for Stocks/Visual Merchandise.
• Communicate with stores on inventory movement among stores.
• Responsible for initiation, completion and follow up on projects to support the team.
• Check on discrepancies of the stocks on weekly basis.
• Store visit as assigned and support daily retail operations of stores.

Requirements:
