Job summary

Fossil Time Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join the Fossil Family as a Customer Service Representative at our service centre. The role involves service recovery for end consumers, order management for spare parts, stock control, and cash handling at reception.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree, with 2+ years in After Sales Service, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
• At least 2 years of experience in After Sales Service.
• Knowledge of logistics operation and ISO requirements is a plus.
• Strong organization and filing ability.
• Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Resourceful and a team player with ability to work independently.
• Able to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Computer literate with MS Word/Excel proficiency.

• Handle and safeguard cash collection at the reception area.
• Ensure repairs are delivered in a timely manner.
• Multitask with strong administrative skills in handling paperwork.
• Take on any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Provide service recovery at the service centre for all end consumers (i.e. walk in,emailor phone enquiries).

Perform spare parts order/replenishments and be responsible of stocks in the service centre.

Assist in spare parts allocations including generating sales orders for dealers and walk in customers.

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstation.

Timely and accuracy in submission / filing of paper works.

Be responsible for handling and safe keeping of cash collection at reception area.

To ensure repairs are delivered in a timely manner.

Multitasking and strong administrative skill in handling paperworks.

Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in any field of study.

At least 2 years and above of working experience in After Sales Service.
