Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily or monthly sales reports
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness standards
• Manage stock inventory, stock transfers, and replenishment activities
