Job summary

City Chain in Malaysia is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our watch retail store, drive customer service excellence, and achieve sales targets.

You will lead the retail team, manage stock, POS, and promotions while upholding SOPs and brand standards. Prior retail management experience preferred, especially in watches or fashion. Position based at Aeon Nilai.
