Job summary

Talexa Partners Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping.

You will ensure accuracy of transactions per SOPs, verify codes and quantities, practice FIFO/ESD/MSD and 5S, and maintain records. Rotating shifts and basic computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably electronics manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and material handling procedures.
• Familiarity with FIFO, ESD, MSD and warehouse SOPs.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems).
• Forklift license/certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work on rotating shifts when required.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurate per SOPs.
• Verify material codes, quantities, and specifications.
• Practice FIFO, ESD, MSD, and 5S standards.
• Prepare and maintain inventory records and stock movement reports.
• Support cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in bonded materials management per customs regulations.
• Daily inventory reconciliation and monthly stock closing.
• Monitor warehouse transactions and report issues promptly.
• Carry out other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions are carried out accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Verify material codes, quantities, and specifications to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out), ESD, MSD, and 5S standards to ensure proper material handling and warehouse organization.
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and stock movement reports.
• Support cycle counts and stocktakes while investigating inventory discrepancies when required.
• Assist in the management and documentation of bonded materials in compliance with customs regulations.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and monthly stock closing to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
• Monitor warehouse transactions and promptly report any inventory or operational issues.
• Carry out other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry (experience in server PCBA is an added advantage).
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures.
• Familiarity with FIFO, ESD, MSD, and warehouse SOPs will be an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems).
• Forklift license/certification is preferred but not mandatory.
