Job summary

Shopee in Kuching, Sarawak seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations from inbound to outbound and to lead a productive team. You will manage attendance and productivity while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Daily data reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders are essential, with a focus on process improvements and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah/Sarawak based on state law requirements.
• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in logistics operations preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English an advantage.
• Strong leadership and teamwork across departments.

• Prepare a daily data report on warehouse performance and ensure the master tracker sheet is updated at all times.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment consistently.
• Seek for continuous process improvement to enhance productivity.
• Complete Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcomed to apply.
• Experienced in logistics operations would be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
• Intermediate computer skills such as Excel/GSheet.
• Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.
• Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
• Working location: Kuching, Sarawak.
