Job description

We are looking for a responsible and independent Warehouse Supervisor to take full responsibility for our daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and management of the warehouse

Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing of stock

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly monitored

Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse to ensure proper storage and easy access

Perform regular stock checks and assist with stocktaking when required

Prepare and maintain necessary warehouse and inventory documentation

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on delivery, collection and stock-related matters

Arrange additional manpower when required, including sourcing and coordinating part-time workers for labelling, packing and other temporary tasks

Brief and monitor part-time workers to ensure the assigned work is completed correctly and on schedule

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and safe at all times

About you

Previous experience in warehouse / storekeeping operations is preferred

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Good organizational and time-management skills

Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer skills and ability to handle warehouse documentation
