Job summary

U-One Marketing Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and issuing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. You will lead a small team of staff and part-time workers, ensure safety and organization, perform regular stock checks, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse / storekeeping operations is preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle warehouse documentation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and management of the warehouse.
• Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing of stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly monitored.
• Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse to ensure proper storage and easy access.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist with stocktaking when required.
• Prepare and maintain necessary warehouse and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on delivery, collection and stock-related matters.
• Arrange additional manpower when required, including sourcing and coordinating part-time workers for labelling, packing and other temporary tasks.
• Brief and monitor part-time workers to ensure the assigned work is completed correctly and on schedule.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues to management.
• Carry out other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
