Job summary

Natrad Food Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading and dispatch. You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure orders are accurate and deliveries meet schedule, while maintaining safety and food handling standards in a high-volume FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in FMCG or food distribution.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and FEFO/FIFO.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and order fulfillment performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Logistics for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper stock staging and verification of goods before loading and dispatch.
• Assist in inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Manage attendance, overtime and shift planning to maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, cold chain procedures and warehouse SOPs.
• Enforce PPE compliance and maintain warehouse security and loss prevention controls.
