Job summary

Gentle Supreme Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to lead inbound, outbound and trade return operations in line with SOPs. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment, and returns while supervising daily activities of warehouse staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of FMCG warehousing experience, strong leadership, Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will manage performance metrics and maintain records, with the ability to work on shift schedules in Subang

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry
• Minimum of 3-5 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care)
• Minimum of 3-5 years strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player
• Excellent in Excel with strong skills in Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills
• Work on Shift Schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead in the execution of Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations in compliance to SOP
• Manages and ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment, and returns
• Managing the operational issues and provide solutions
• Supervising warehouse employees on daily activities
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost
• Maintaining the records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Performing frequent daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
• Coordinating and maintaining Material Handling Equipment
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate in daily cycle count and/ or stock take processes including the preparation
