A leading bakery company in Negeri Sembilan is looking for a warehouse operator to manage inventory and ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for proper warehouse space utilization, scheduling inventory transfers, and maintaining equipment functionality. This role requires effective coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations, compliance with SOPs, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper warehouse space management to eliminate space wastage.
• Schedule and coordinate inventory transfers to maintain stock.
• Monitor pick & pack schedules for timely delivery.

Job description

Ensure proper warehouse space management are always adhered to enable proper storage capacity and eliminate space wastage.

Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse by coordinating inventory transfers from the production.

Supports and ensure there is NO any lines down for the next department by maintaining continuous stock management process.

Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs with the right vendors.

Able to implement proper corrective actions for any issues found in the warehouse operation for continuous improvement by discussing and identifying warehouse system improvements.

Prepares and monitor pick & pack schedule for delivery orders.

All document related to FG must be recorded and complies the SOP.

System assistance and communicating with other channel department to complete the inventory movement in the system.

To ensure physical movement and system movement are tallies all the moment.

To guide the dedicate operator to flow the correct process of SOP and complies to all rules and restriction.
