Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise the warehouse’s day-to-day activities and to lead a group of warehouse assistants.
You will ensure all Delivery Order and Invoice packaging material are sent to Accounts, maintain GMP-compliant storage, input GRN for raw materials, inspect vehicles before loading, Manage material picking, FIFO, stock counts, PPE, cleanliness and safety compliance, and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

To supervise the warehouse’s day-to-day activities and to lead a group of warehouse assistants.
To ensure all Delivery Order and Invoice packaging material are sent to Account accordingly.
To ensure proper packaging material in good manner storage.
To ensure all receiving raw material done keying into the system (GRN).
To inspect lorries’ condition before loading Bottles and Preform onto the lorries.
To assign job for picking material to the pilot as a daily routine task.
To issued transfer packaging material to production (MIP).
To ensure the pilot sends packaging material to production on time.
To ensure FIFO system is applied as required by respective picked.
To receive and key in Preform and Bottles into the system.
To ensure DMA packaging material needs to be returned to suppliers prepared accordingly.
To carry out the daily/weekly/monthly stock count activity.
To ensure all handheld are in good condition and keep in the office.
To ensure cleanliness of warehouse area is well maintained.
To ensure follow the safety policies and procedures in compliance adherence to safety protocols.
To ensure the workstation creates a controlled and clean environment where personnel can carry out their tasks without compromising the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
To be assigned special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there’s need arise.
Take reasonable care of own safety and health, as well as others who may be affected by work activities.
Co-operate with employer’s occupational safety and health requirements.
Comply with all occupational safety and health instructions, procedures and measures implemented by the employer.
Wear or use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to prevent risks of safety and health.
