Job summary

OUS Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across our mining sites in Malaysia. The role requires strong leadership, discipline, and a commitment to accuracy.

The successful candidate must be based at mining sites and travel between our 3 operational locations. Key responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch; ensuring SOP and safety compliance; and preparing stock and site-level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or industrial environments.
• Proven supervisory experience with ability to manage frontline staff.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to be based at mining sites and travel between 5 sites as required.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor staff performance to prevent negligence, theft, and misconduct.
• Verify stock records, reconcile discrepancies, and elevate issues to management.
• Prepare site-level reports on stock movement, manpower allocation, and compliance.
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational needs; train and guide junior storekeepers.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and internal controls.

This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity. The successful candidate must be willing to be based at mining sites and travel between our 3 operational locations.

Key responsibilities
