Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, and to ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

You will lead the warehouse team, optimize workflow, manage shifts, coordinate with transport partners, and uphold safety and company policies while driving accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments

Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to optimize productivity

Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Inventory Control

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes

Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of goods

Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets

Plan manpower, shift scheduling, and task assignments

Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations

Enforce discipline and company policies among staff

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety regulations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Conduct routine inspections and address potential hazards

Reporting & Improvement

Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time

Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency initiatives

Prepare operational reports for management review

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
