Job summary

Yihai Malaysia Food Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sichuan Haidilao Catering Co., Ltd., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Johor Bahru. You will supervise the team, ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate inbound/outbound stock movements to meet order deadlines.

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Job description

Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) of room temperature, frozen and chilled products.

Monitor and maintain the required cold room temperatures and report any abnormalities.

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements.

Lead, train, and supervise the team to ensure efficient operations.

Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage facility.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
