Job summary

Standard Box Industry Sdn Bhd (Johor) is seeking a delivery coordinator to plan and monitor daily logistics operations. You will schedule deliveries based on priority and customer requirements, and plan optimal routes to reduce time, cost and fuel consumption.

You will adjust plans during emergencies, coordinate with third party logistics, ensure all dispatch documents are accurate, verify requirements, and communicate delivery status to warehouse and sales teams.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in related field preferred.
• Good interpersonal and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery schedules based on priority, route, and customer requirements. Ensure on time delivery.
• Plan optimal delivery routes to minimize time, cost, and fuel consumption. Adjust schedules for urgent, late, or rescheduled deliveries.
• Adjust delivery plans during emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen delays. Coordinate with third-party logistics or contractors when needed.
• Ensure all dispatch documents (Delivery Order, Invoice, Label, COA etc.) are accurate and complete.
• Verify customer requirements, delivery instructions, and statutory compliance for transported goods.
• Communicate delivery plans to warehouse staff, and sales team. Update on delivery status or delays promptly.
• Analyze delivery performance and suggest improvements in scheduling or routing.
