Job summary

Agromaster Fertilizer Sdn Bhd is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for its Port Klang facility. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and leading a team to ensure efficient and safe handling of materials in a manufacturing setting.

You will manage FIFO, cycle counts, stock takes, and coordinate with Production, Logistics and QA/QC to ensure accurate records and timely deliveries. Hands-on leadership and ERP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/inventory management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, fertilizer, chemical or raw material warehouse is an advantage.
• Experience supervising a warehouse team.
• Good knowledge of Inventory Control, FIFO, Stock Take, Cycle Count, Batch Control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on and inspect warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse receiving, storage, material issuance and delivery operations.
• Lead and improve warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervise raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods inventory.
• Ensure physical stock matches system stock.
• Implement and maintain FIFO, Batch Control and Warehouse Location Control.
• Conduct weekly cycle count and monthly stock take.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and improve accuracy.
• Monitor damaged, slow-moving and aging stock.
• Organise warehouse zoning, location numbering, labelling and product arrangement.
• Maintain good 5S, housekeeping and safety standards.
• Supervise Storekeepers, Forklift Drivers and Warehouse Assistants.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Sales and QA/QC departments.
• Ensure receiving and delivery documents are accurate and on time.
• Prevent wrong delivery, stock shortage, misplaced stock and losses.

About the role
Agromaster Fertilizer Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Port Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory control, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain optimal productivity and safety standards. This position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts the timely delivery of our fertilizer products to our customers.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse receiving, storage, material issuance and delivery operations.

Responsible and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead and improve our warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.

Supervise raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods inventory.

Ensure Physical Stock matches System Stock.

Implement and maintain FIFO, Batch Control and Warehouse Location Control.

Conduct Weekly Cycle Count and Monthly Stock Take.

Investigate stock discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.

Monitor damaged, slow-moving and aging stock.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse / inventory management experience.

Experience in manufacturing, fertilizer, chemical or raw material warehouse will be an advantage.

Previous experience supervising a warehouse team.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Proficiency in using warehouse management software and basic computer literacy

Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Physical fitness and capability to handle the demands of a warehouse environment

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous

Experience with fertilizer or chemical products is preferred.
