Job summary

SPRITZER Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead the team in a compliant, efficient environment. You will ensure discipline, accuracy in stocking, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, cross-functional coordination, ERP data recording, and staff training to maintain high standards in packing, dispatch, and receiving processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise full warehouse operations independently.
• Capability to take over multiple roles in absence of supervisors and staff.
• Strong understanding of SOP, ISO, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards.
• Ability to ensure compliance and enforce operational procedures.
• Competency in inventory control practices (FIFO/FEFO, stock accuracy).
• Ability to manage warehouse records, reporting, and data tracking.
• Capability to coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Willingness to handle operational, administrative, and ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse daily operations and team activities.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and compliance among subordinates.
• Sub-section manpower arrangement.
• Brief and update team on new or revised procedures.
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices during issuance and loading.
• Conduct and coordinate daily inventory count and discrepancy reporting.
• Participate in monthly cycle count and periodic stock take.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and provide analysis.
• Initiate corrective actions for audit findings, non-conformities and review space constraints and escalatE issues.
• Ensure NC, RMA, DMR are properly checked, recorded, and transacted in ERP, and also warehouse operation adhering to ISO, HACCP, GMP, SOP, and safety procedures.
• Align with other departments for transaction accuracy.
• Demonstrate hands-on ability in system operations, ensuring proper and accurate data recording, tracking and documentation.
• Ensure proper goods handling and forklift maintenance tracking.
• Monitor housekeeping, facility maintenance, and safety conditions.
• Manage warehouse requisition and replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Liaise with other departments for operational alignment.
• Prepare, submit and maintain proper filing and documentation of report to superior on time.
• Conduct training and ensure competency of subordinates.
• Ensure instructions are clearly communicated and followed.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior and take over roles during absence of supervisors and staff.
