Job summary

Jubin BMS (1990) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a warehouse operative to receive, inspect, store, and organize goods at our Selangor distribution centre. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety and cleanliness in line with company procedures.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can operate forklifts, communicates in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and is prepared to work six days a week. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Able to handle warehouse operations
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
• Must be willing to work for 6 working days per week

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in the designated warehouse locations
• Arrange and organize inventory according to the warehouse storage system
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods accurately based on Picking Lists and delivery requirements
• Ensure the quantity of goods picked and issued matches the approved documentation
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping standards
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct stock handling activities with care to prevent damage to goods
• Take picture of damaged or broken tiles and submit reports to the Admin Executive
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and instructions from the Supervisor
• Assist in stock counts and inventory control activities when required
