Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Accurately store items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Assist with picking and packing orders for dispatch, ensuring items are correctly identified and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and updating the inventory management system.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organized, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks, if required and trained.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels for outgoing goods.
