Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Career Wise Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse operator to manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching. You will handle inventories, inspect incoming goods, and maintain accurate records in the system.

The role requires Chinese language proficiency for inventory documentation, plus basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you will join a team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese for inventory documentation and Mandarin-speaking colleagues/suppliers.
• Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with warehouse software, inventory software or ERP systems advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.
• Handle inventory of material handling equipment, machinery components, spare parts, tools, and related materials.
• Inspect incoming goods and verify quantity, specifications, and condition against POs and delivery docs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage arrangements, inventory labelling, identification and warehouse organization.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents including delivery orders, goods received notes, stock transfer forms and reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Operations and Technical departments on equipment and spare parts requirements.
• Arrange timely issuance and dispatch of materials for customer orders and maintenance activities.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, damaged, missing or obsolete inventory to management.
• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries with transport and logistics providers.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping standards and safety compliance.
• Support warehouse process improvements to enhance efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.

Previous experience in warehouse operations, stock control, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.

Proficiency in Chinese is required, including speaking, reading, and writing, for inventory documentation and communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and suppliers.

Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory software, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, material handling equipment, or spare parts is an advantage.

Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse duties and comply with workplace safety requirements.
