Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against delivery documentation.
• Accurately recording inventory data into the warehouse management system and maintaining stock records.
• Organising and storing goods in designated locations according to established systems and safety protocols.
• Picking and packing items for dispatch in accordance with customer orders.
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling physical inventory with system records.
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damaged goods, and obsolete stock.
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
• Assisting in the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Following all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

About the role

LILA Technologies SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our supply chain team in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management systems. As Store Keeper, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly and meets all operational standards. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move items regularly, including heavy goods
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehouse operations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• A valid driving licence is advantageous
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
