Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Shah Alam is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, kitting, and shipping. You will manage a team, ensure inventory accuracy, and enforce safety and quality standards to support production and customer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse management within manufacturing, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse/materials experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, kitting, and outbound shipping to ensure accurate inventory and on-time delivery.
Allocate manpower and priorities to meet production schedules and delivery targets.
Lead, coach and develop warehouse operators and team leads; conduct shift briefings.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and accurate documentation for shipments.
Collaborate with Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics to resolve issues and drive improvements.
